4 Steps to Enroll in the Breakfast Program – Eggs, Meats, Juice & Yogurt

Step 1: Enroll with Source1

Sign application with Source1 to be part of the breakfast program.

Step 2: Select Distributor

US Foods

  1. Sign the joinder document and submit to bestwestern@source1purchasing.com.
  2. US Foods will contact the property to get the credit application signed.
  3. US Foods will have order guides with all the selected breakfast items.
  4. Juice and Yogurt are added to your US Foods order guide once you have ordered the juice and yogurt machines.
  5. If you are contracted with a GPO you need a cancellation letter to join the BW program through Source1. Submit it to US Foods: Alan.smith2@usfoods.com or Alyssa.Zager-Pilot@usfoods.com
  6. Existing US Foods customers not yet with Source1/BW may be asked to complete a new credit application to move to the BW program.

Sysco US — Complete forms online

Sysco Canada — Contact Michael San Juan, sanjuan.michal@ont.sysco.com

  1. A Sysco sales rep will contact you to complete a credit application.
  2. The account is created in 1–2 days, followed by a how-to-order onboarding package.
  3. Sysco will have order guides with all the selected breakfast items.
  4. GPO-contracted properties need a cancellation letter to join via Source1: bestwestern@source1purchasing.com
  5. Existing Sysco customers transfer to the BW program once the participation agreement is signed.
Step 3: Order your Nestlé Vitality Juice Machine

US

Nestlé Vitality US installation QR

  1. Prepare your hotel for installation by ordering product and completing the checklist in the Best Western Vitality Information Guide.
  2. Submit an installation request via the QR code above, Best Western | Vitality, or call 800-344-1575.
  3. A technician will contact the hotel within 5–10 days to schedule installation.

Canada

  1. Order product from Sysco — see SKUs under Juice products, or the Vitality Information Guide.
  2. Submit an installation request: Vitality Express – English · Vitality Express – French
Step 4: Order your Perfect Parfait Yogurt Machine
